Payment Terms:
Terms of payment are 30 days upon receiving the product and invoice. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer, currently TNT Toner does not except credit cards.
Returns:
Ink, toner, drums units and/or any other consumables may be returned within 60 days of purchase if unopened and in resellable condition. No refund or exchange on "special ordered" items, unless found defective.
Defective Product:
If a product is found to be defective within a year of it's original purchase it will be returned for a full refund or replacement.
Delivery:
All products are currently delivered free of charge to the end user within the HRM boundaries. Current and/or future customers that are outside of these boundaries will incur a small additional cost to cover shipping.
